Gunter Addition

Additions should feel seamless, as if they were always part of the original home. This 2,500 sq. ft. project included a ground-floor garage extension with a new slab and dedicated workshop, providing the homeowner space for projects. Above, we added a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second upstairs bedroom, and a large balcony overlooking the golf course. Additionally, a new bedroom was added over the kitchen, creating functional and stylish living space while maintaining the home’s original aesthetic.
